Pros
You can work remotely and they don't force you to go into the office. Interesting work.
Cons
The pay is insultingly low- "junior staff" are paid pennies. They will tell you that you can get paid if you work more than 40 hours and some managers enforce the grind culture and expect that. Management is filled with boomers who have been in their million dollar homes for eons and don't understand what rent prices and inflation are actually like in D.C. Employee turnover among new hires is high because unless you still live with your parents or have a lucrative side hustle, you cannot live comfortably working for this company.
