Pros

The people are really nice and hardworking. There’s no shortage of work here, there’s always something to do.

Cons

So many of these reviews mention how bad the pay is, but ERG has done nothing to remedy that. It’s an unspoken rule at ERG to purposefully keep junior staff as "cheap" as possible. The executive management team is so out of touch and it shows. The employee retention rate for anyone under the age of 30 is awful. Young people come to ERG and quickly leave for competing firms so they can actually pay their bills. The executive management team must be under the impression that by providing mediocre benefits and work from home options, they can get away with paying junior staff pennies. What the executive management team needs to realize is that the new generation coming into the workforce has a completely different set of priorities. First and foremost is getting paid properly and equitably, so we can survive during the worst cost of living crisis in U.S. history. I was working two jobs while employed at ERG and it still wasn’t enough, so I had to leave. If ERG would truly pay their junior staff competitive salaries this would be a good place to work, but they continue to undervalue their staff and consequently lose great talent.
