Pros
The corporate office building is new with fantastic amenities. Compensation and benefits are great.
Cons
The atmosphere is draconian. Obedience is valued over performance and can seem like an antiquated way of thinking for experienced employees that are new to the company and trying to promote change. You will find lots of managers that earned their roles by longevity with the company not an ability to lead. If things don't work out, there isn't other employment options in the area. Some managers can be disrespectful to staff. It's a difficult company to become employed with and once onboard there is a sense that you should feel fortunate to have been chosen. The truth is, you have better options.
