Pros
The quarterly ePMP provide a good platform for employee and their supervisor to align goals and performance thus justifying the increment receive. Time is also well spent as areas of improvement is explored and shared that lead to better productivity.
Cons
Implementation of new processes sometimes stifle progress as the actual users do not gain any benefit. It would be best to gather feedback from the relevant users and get them involved in the project before upgrading or changing existing programs/transactions.
