      Interesting technically, great workers, but disastrous management - Software Engineer Eastman Kodak Employee Review

      Pros

      There are technical challenges for both software and hardware engineer. Most of the people are great to work with, and the management usually consider employee personal needs, when it comes to that.

      Cons

      The firm is collapsing for several years now - in a free fall. The senior management is the most incompetent I have ever seen (and I'm in the hi-tech industry many years): old fashioned, blind, bureaucratic and too centralized. The best that can happen is a liquidation: to sell each product line separately, as there is still something to be sold. In the near future, as people are leaving - there will be nothing left.

      Pros

      Nothing. It’s a total joke. Negative and nuclear toxicity is a taught lesson there. Very HR heavy. They deserve the troubles and negativity there.

      Cons

      The severance package by far. The remaining employees are WT and miserable. The stereotypes of HR people come to life at Kodak. Fat, miserable, old, and tired…. Worst people on earth
