Thank you for your review. We agree we have great employees and a work environment that values all. Ongoing communication with employees is critical and it is a huge focus for us in 2019. We have planned several additional communications, including a monthly call for Kodak leaders with the Kodak executive leadership team, to create an ongoing dialog and share more information. It is expected that managers cascade information throughout their teams as appropriate. As Kodak evolves, our leadership works to strengthen our financial position and sharpen our focus to create a foundation for growth and employee satisfaction.
