      Pros

      At one time I would have said Eastman Kodak was a comany that honestly cared about their employees but it has become apparent that is a thing of the past.

      Cons

      The "Old Boys Club" is alive and well within the walls of Eastman Kodak. Kodak doesn't always promote the best person into a position more times than not it is a case of who knows who or who owes who. Very poor upper management.

      Pros

      Nothing. It’s a total joke. Negative and nuclear toxicity is a taught lesson there. Very HR heavy. They deserve the troubles and negativity there.

      Cons

      The severance package by far. The remaining employees are WT and miserable. The stereotypes of HR people come to life at Kodak. Fat, miserable, old, and tired…. Worst people on earth
