      Flexibility and numerous opportunies to grow without moving your family. Excellent technology and people to work with. Local management was very supportive of the individual.

      Cons

      Upper management was too late in restructuring to save the workforce and technology. Narrow focus now with limited technologies to sustain the future.

      Pros

      Nothing. It’s a total joke. Negative and nuclear toxicity is a taught lesson there. Very HR heavy. They deserve the troubles and negativity there.

      Cons

      The severance package by far. The remaining employees are WT and miserable. The stereotypes of HR people come to life at Kodak. Fat, miserable, old, and tired…. Worst people on earth
