Pros
Kodak is a great place to learn. Most managers are honest and empowering. Vacation and Sick policies are generous if you can manage to take advantage of them. Most co workers are loyal and hardworking. Kodak adopted a work from home model for most US functions outside of Rochester well before COVID so it operates well with remote work. Good place to work if you are an executive as you will have competitive comp and perks.
Cons
Unfortunately, Kodak is a company in harvest mode. Evidenced by declining Sales, lack of capital investment, annual downsizing and near constant restrictions on all spending. Compensation is well below average (I left Kodak and got a lateral move job earning +30%) and non executives have had no salary increases in 8+ years. Workers who remain after layoffs are expected to take on additional work without increase in compensation.
