Cons
No opportunity for pay increases. Archaic systems lead to poor communication between team members. No enthusiasm to deviate from inefficient and failing systems that lost support 20 years ago. Effort and successes are unrewarded and unrecognized outside of the occasional 'great job' at a meeting.
