Poor higherup management …… wish I would have left years ago - Supervisor Eastman Kodak Employee Review

Extremely poor higherup management. Higher up management very rude, extremely lazy, arrogant, boarderline racist. Over the last few years I personally have watched longtime great employees lose there ambition and drive . No raises for hardworking individuals. But yet upper management always find it in the budget to send the higherups and CEO heaffty bonuses and luxury goods. It’s so disheartening watching the greed consume them. I personally have watched my boss turn our department into a snitching high school drama fiasco. My boss is well over her retirement age and it seems that she has nothing better to do than create havoc on the assembly floor. She is the head puppet master and sends her little puppets out to report any and all supposed infractions. She has single-handedly turned a once highly respected company into a never ending awful nightmare.
