Cons
Nearly every aspect of this company is a disappointment, from leadership to culture to compensation. Leadership is abysmal and completely non-transparent. Many senior leaders have only ever worked at Eastridge and have no idea what a well-run company actually looks like. The compensation structure is outdated, with low bases, weak commissions, and no 401k match. Employees receive just 10 days of accrued PTO, while managers enjoy unlimited. A perfect reflection of the company’s blatant double standards. Favoritism is rampant, account distribution is unequal, and micromanagement is relentless, often from managers who aren’t even yours but insist they’re “adding an extra layer of support.” The culture is lifeless: no holiday parties, no genuine team events, and no sense of appreciation or community. Every week brings a new “initiative” that goes nowhere, endless meetings that waste time, and leadership clinging to an outdated, boomer-era mindset. It’s a company completely stuck in the past, run by people resistant to change and disconnected from reality. There’s nothing redeeming enough here to justify joining.
