Pros
They put on a good show in the beginning
Cons
Leadership & Culture: Minimal mentorship opportunities Extremely high employee turnover rates Favoritism is noticeable in decision-making and opportunities Attempts to foster a "family" culture, which often serves as a red flag Micromanagement practices that management attempts to disguise Many business decisions appear to be made arbitrarily rather than strategically Wants "feedback" but incredibly dismissive to anyone who actually has something productive to contribute. Good ideas are stolen by leadership The positive reviews on here are written by managers and their favorite employees Compensation & Recognition: Hard work is rarely rewarded in a meaningful way Inequality in the account management process Benefits package is subpar Sales incentives are poorly structured, with minimal bonuses for successful placements Operations & Processes: Preach transparency but it's not practiced by many, especially leadership. Hypocrisy at its finest. Constantly shifting processes and procedures that are often ignored or forgotten within weeks Excessive and often purposeless meetings that add little value Mandatory call monitoring sessions where employees must silently participate in supervisor calls Outdated technology infrastructure Sales & Business Development: Insufficient investment in the sales team, goals/metrics are constantly changing making it KPI focus verses results driven. Excuse to get rid of people. The company struggles to remain competitive, leading many employees to seek better opportunities elsewhere
