Pros

From having our first company-wide annual conference, to acquiring a Finance & Accounting company in San Diego, to our weekly conference calls, and finally to our bold company rebranding -- Eastridge has come a long way in the last 12 months in terms of internal interconnectedness and enhancing both the staff and customer experience. - There are immense growth opportunities here if you are willing to work hard (see more at first Con). Personally, I have been given many opportunities for development here which i am grateful for and, more importantly, I have been given the autonomy to get my work done and demonstrate my creativity and savvy. - Leadership is very strong and very good at what they do. They are very big on living by company values which I highly appreciate. - Corporate has some BRILLIANT minds at work. From GL to IT & BSI to Ops, you can not find a more dynamic, hardworking and passionate group of people to work with.

Cons

- If you are someone who values work-life balance, this company may not be the right one for you. With the company's aggressive growth plans and the constant rolling out of new company initiatives, it is no surprise that work week hours range from 50, 60, even 70 hours a week. - Benefits are average at best. No 401K matching. - Various kinks to be worked out in terms of technology. Entire company is run through cloud technology. Processing speeds are outrageously slow. And also, two words... "1 Staff." Enough said.

Thank you so much for the review, we sincerely appreciate the perspective and take it seriously. We are growing and changing fast which certainly does require a significant time investment from the team. That is why we are so glad to recognize everyone's hard work and have announced this month that we have enhanced the 401(k) plan to include a match on employee contributions. Also, I personally appreciate the kudos on the company-wide conference calls. It is great to have the whole company get together every other week and it is an honor to host them! -Seth

Pros

I was contacted by an internal recruiter from Eastridge Workforce Solutions (EWS) concerning this role they were currently sourcing for and on paper it was my ideal role. I was currently on a contractor role that was about to end so the timing couldn't have been more perfect. I had several interviews that I felt went well and I was hoping that the interviewers felt the same way and shortly after I got word that they did. I accepted the role and started about a month ago and accepting this role was one of the best decisions I could have ever made. The company, the employees, the culture, the benefits, onboarding, etc. was all simply amazing. I am so happy to be a part of the EWS family and look forward to being a part of this company for many, many years to come!

Cons

I have not encountered any cons concerning working at EWS to date.

Pros

I’ve been with Eastridge for many years, and one of the things that has kept me here is the people. There is a genuine sense of support across the organization, from colleagues to leadership, which makes a big difference in a fast-paced industry like staffing. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and they care about the success and development of their teams. I’ve had the opportunity to work with leaders who lead with both empathy and accountability. They encourage you to grow, challenge you to be the best version of yourself, and create an environment where people feel supported while still being pushed to improve. Work-life balance is respected, and there is an understanding that people perform best when they feel supported both professionally and personally. Over the years, I’ve also had the opportunity to learn new things and expand my experience across different areas of recruiting. Being exposed to different types of roles and challenges has helped me grow professionally and continue developing new skills. The staffing industry as a whole has certainly faced challenges over the past few years, but one thing I’ve consistently seen is Eastridge’s ability to stay resilient and adaptable. The company continues to find ways to evolve, differentiate itself in the market, and maintain a strong culture. Overall, it’s a place where relationships matter, growth is encouraged, and people are given opportunities to contribute in meaningful ways.

Cons

The staffing industry is always changing, so individuals need to stay adaptable during changing market conditions. The environment is also fast-paced, which requires strong organization, dedication to performance and time management.
