The company is growing and offers advancement. One person who began as the Executive Assistant to a Division President was promoted to Branch Manager and is relocating to San Diego to take over 3 branches. If you have an idea, the company president is extremely open to it and he is beyond brilliant. The culture is definitely sales driven but truly puts service, integrity and delivering our best before the bottom line, believing that sticking to our core values will result in sales. We have bi-weekly company-wide calls to introduce new employees, learn more about the other divisions and their capabilities along with company updates. The company recently "rebranded" all 20 specialty divisions under one name to show our size and offers incredible incentives to "introduce" another division to your established client. There is a huge prize at the end of 2015, depending on the success of the program, prizes range from 25k to a new Tesla!
