Pros

Pro's- Solid reputation in community, well branded Covered parking for employees. Vision is enforced by ownership, Owner of company is VERY present and has his thumb on the pulse. He ALWAYS takes the time to listen, this is rare in the business world. Lots of sales driven program roll outs to increase business "Town Hall " meetings every other week with ENTIRE company announcing new hires and company growth, another rare find in a employer. Employees all want to help one another to be successful, knowledge is shared. Lots of time, energy and money put into re-branding to drive profits Opportunity for growth within the organization. Every employee gets a cell phone for business purposes.

Cons

Con's There is absolutely no training given at this company, this creates massive turnover. The overall turnover in the company is high even tho the core team has been there for 15 years and up. There is not a HR Department to monitor state/federal employment laws, or even to be a reference to employees This is NOT a 9 to 5 company and the expectation is as such. This company does not offer work-life balance. The company offers a low base with commissions driving personal income. With that being written, there is not any employee focused benefits such as wellness centers, holiday bonuses or motivators outside of commission. 2014 was the first year ever the employees had the day after Thanksgiving off. There is not an area to leave your unit and just take a break, no lunch room. Employees should be able to disconnect for an hour and not by the workstation.

Pros

I was contacted by an internal recruiter from Eastridge Workforce Solutions (EWS) concerning this role they were currently sourcing for and on paper it was my ideal role. I was currently on a contractor role that was about to end so the timing couldn't have been more perfect. I had several interviews that I felt went well and I was hoping that the interviewers felt the same way and shortly after I got word that they did. I accepted the role and started about a month ago and accepting this role was one of the best decisions I could have ever made. The company, the employees, the culture, the benefits, onboarding, etc. was all simply amazing. I am so happy to be a part of the EWS family and look forward to being a part of this company for many, many years to come!

Cons

I have not encountered any cons concerning working at EWS to date.

Pros

I’ve been with Eastridge for many years, and one of the things that has kept me here is the people. There is a genuine sense of support across the organization, from colleagues to leadership, which makes a big difference in a fast-paced industry like staffing. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and they care about the success and development of their teams. I’ve had the opportunity to work with leaders who lead with both empathy and accountability. They encourage you to grow, challenge you to be the best version of yourself, and create an environment where people feel supported while still being pushed to improve. Work-life balance is respected, and there is an understanding that people perform best when they feel supported both professionally and personally. Over the years, I’ve also had the opportunity to learn new things and expand my experience across different areas of recruiting. Being exposed to different types of roles and challenges has helped me grow professionally and continue developing new skills. The staffing industry as a whole has certainly faced challenges over the past few years, but one thing I’ve consistently seen is Eastridge’s ability to stay resilient and adaptable. The company continues to find ways to evolve, differentiate itself in the market, and maintain a strong culture. Overall, it’s a place where relationships matter, growth is encouraged, and people are given opportunities to contribute in meaningful ways.

Cons

The staffing industry is always changing, so individuals need to stay adaptable during changing market conditions. The environment is also fast-paced, which requires strong organization, dedication to performance and time management.
