Pros

Some flexibility with where you can work.

Cons

Organization has been failing the last couple of years. Good luck if they can stick to anything. Massive turnover throughout many leadership roles. Obvious favoritism of certain VPs who are not qualified because the leadership is too scared to do anything. Just read previous reviews. Many of the positive reviews are likely fake from current managers. Poor performers will be gossiped about in private and then praised in public by even the most senior leaders. People are told to go to HR if there are issues. Told to go to their leader. Those people are then laid off or fired. Or they finally just quit. The sales model has changed what feels like 100 times.

I feel awful that there is such a disconnect between our purpose, values and vision and your experience. Perhaps there is some hope for a better outcome since you are still here after so long and yet seem so dissatisfied? I invite you to contact me personally to discuss your feelings and experience. If you are open minded to considering a divergent view, here are some things to consider. Year over year our revenue is up over 8% in March, 13% in April and 15% in May - fantastic progress. We have also won Best of Staffing from Clearly Rated. I think this is in part because we have been so focused and disciplined with our strategic plan that is reviewed monthly in our town halls (which includes our sales strategy). We solicit feedback every quarter and review every single comment. Given the involvement of the in house legal and HR teams, we take our non-retaliation policy seriously (there is also a way to submit anonymous feedback on our intranet and NPS surveys).

Pros

I was contacted by an internal recruiter from Eastridge Workforce Solutions (EWS) concerning this role they were currently sourcing for and on paper it was my ideal role. I was currently on a contractor role that was about to end so the timing couldn't have been more perfect. I had several interviews that I felt went well and I was hoping that the interviewers felt the same way and shortly after I got word that they did. I accepted the role and started about a month ago and accepting this role was one of the best decisions I could have ever made. The company, the employees, the culture, the benefits, onboarding, etc. was all simply amazing. I am so happy to be a part of the EWS family and look forward to being a part of this company for many, many years to come!

Cons

I have not encountered any cons concerning working at EWS to date.

Pros

I’ve been with Eastridge for many years, and one of the things that has kept me here is the people. There is a genuine sense of support across the organization, from colleagues to leadership, which makes a big difference in a fast-paced industry like staffing. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and they care about the success and development of their teams. I’ve had the opportunity to work with leaders who lead with both empathy and accountability. They encourage you to grow, challenge you to be the best version of yourself, and create an environment where people feel supported while still being pushed to improve. Work-life balance is respected, and there is an understanding that people perform best when they feel supported both professionally and personally. Over the years, I’ve also had the opportunity to learn new things and expand my experience across different areas of recruiting. Being exposed to different types of roles and challenges has helped me grow professionally and continue developing new skills. The staffing industry as a whole has certainly faced challenges over the past few years, but one thing I’ve consistently seen is Eastridge’s ability to stay resilient and adaptable. The company continues to find ways to evolve, differentiate itself in the market, and maintain a strong culture. Overall, it’s a place where relationships matter, growth is encouraged, and people are given opportunities to contribute in meaningful ways.

Cons

The staffing industry is always changing, so individuals need to stay adaptable during changing market conditions. The environment is also fast-paced, which requires strong organization, dedication to performance and time management.
