Really do not care about students or their futures. All about enrollment and money. Financial aid is their cash cow. Treat employees who care and what to "teach" like they're the minority, hence, easily met with adversity. Not a good place to work if you actually think you'll make any difference, it's not even a good experience to start out in college teaching. It's a joke that becomes a nightmare. Overstressed and underpaid by almost half of going rates. Insulting.
