The environment is toxic and the supervisors are unhelpful. Promotions and recognition awards are given based on the personal preferences of the top brass as opposed to merits and performance of hard working employees. The CEO is approachable but that does not solve issues since he himself operates on selective preferences. No HR to air your grievances. Long-term employees have left the organization due to these issues which has also negatively impacted company performance. The college has low enrollment and is struggling to find a footing.
