Pros
Depending on Manager ability to work on your own as long as you get the job done. I really love my job but it is not for everybody. OK benefits for fulltimers.
Cons
Each location has a different style of management in place. Morale can be very low depending on department. No real HR so nobody to "talk to" regarding any internal issues.
