Not the healthiest work environment - Instructor Eastwick College Employee Review

Some departments, especially on the Ramsey campus, have an unhealthy work environment marked by insincerity among staff and frequent gossip about coworkers and students. Most employees are alumni of Eastwick College, which results in noticeable discrimination against new hires who are not graduates of the college. This creates a divide where favoritism and racism, unfortunately, become standard practices in some departments. Some instructors are not qualified to teach, but since they graduated from there and accept a low pay rate, they end up working there as instructors, which will also help increase the organization's job placement rate. The compensation rates are also considerably lower than similar positions at other organizations.
