In two years I haven't had a day I didn't look forward to going into work. It's a very smart, social and talented team. I am empowered to do my job the best way fit and never micromanaged. Training is encouraged (and paid for!) so my certifications are up-to-date. A diverse team makes for great conversation and gaining perspective on new ideas. We live AGILE, whether in the DevOps or working through management initiatives. Leadership takes care of people - saw that during the government shutdown! There is no bureaucracy to hamper decision making.
