This is EasyDynamics' "secret sauce" and the main reason why the company is growing so quickly. 2) The leadership - I strongly believe that EasyDynamics has some of the best leadership in the federal consulting space. The executive team is easy to reach out to, responsive, and is the main reason the company has a strong culture.
