none that I can think of outside of the normal stuff you have from a job

Servers are well compensated for not having to work hard for good money. Not obligated to tip out cooks. Pro server, anti cook. Not actually a chef driven company.

No tip share so their kitchens are revolving doors. Executive chefs will steal your recipes and capitalize on them. Beware career chefs. Beware local communities wherever these restaurants exist.
