Pros
Great work environment and I have worked with some of the best managers I have ever come into contact with and they really care about their employees. Pretty easy work, expectations are clearly outlined and expressed. I've worked there for close to 3 years, and have never had any issues.
Cons
Repetitive work, you're sometimes stuck in one position and trying to cross-train is sometimes difficult to start.
