Some JVPs, operating Directors and managers perpetuate a toxic work environment, idolizing intimidation and authoritarian practices as ways to “manage” a restaurant. I’ve seen people enabled to continue to work there after doing unprofessional and unethical acts simply due to “knowing how to do their job”.
