      Clean work environment. Uniforms provided.

      Cons

      Not allowed breaks. Not allowed to eat even when working an 8+ hour shift. People who have earned promotions or opportunities are overlooked due to age. Youth is the face of the company. If you are over 25 you are going nowhere unless you're a friend or relative.
