Pros
Some positions have varied tasks which keep things reasonably interesting.
Cons
No development for employees. I don't know that I have been around too many places that do a worse job of identifying and developing talent. Company has a policy that any production position above Team Lead requires a college degree. You have Supervisors with music and criminal justice degrees who couldn't get jobs or make money in their degree fields, and have no idea how to run a plant. Communication skills and motivation are foreign concepts to management. They have ZERO training available in these areas to help improve leaders or develop new ones. There are many options available from outside sources and they use none.
