      Tons of overtime, easy work, laid back, lots of opportunities, benefits, pays well

      Cons

      Management is hard headed and often makes very poor choices, new machines with very primitive processes, union dues are high, lack of communication on just about everything

      Horrible management team. Sales team has had 4-5 directors in 8 years. High turnover rate due mismanagement Executive team is inept No accountability within operations/manufacturing so equipment is consistently delivered late (1+ year late)
