Business Outlook
Pros
Ebenezer is a large company, but it still feels like a close knit group. I feel heard and never like, "just another number". Concerns are promptly addressed and help is just a phone call away. Very supportive corporate office and down to earth community staff.
Cons
Extensive benefits, however they are quite costly especially compared to it's affiliate Fairview and the tuition reimbursement is that of a much smaller company.
