Pros
No constant over bearing, good co-workers, friendly residents, day to day tasks not complicated , floor managers have an open door policy, tuition reimbursement, benefits, flexible scheduling with school, career advancement
Cons
I could say we are short staff, but that's everywhere.. The facility is old, the facility doesn't have a trash chute so some areas are smelly, shift supervisors don't know how to communicate with staff, parking sucks at times, I would say co-workers don't feel safe at times (but we are in the heart of the city, stay vigilant)
