Pros
bonus for evening ($1/hr) and overnight shifts ($2/hr). Good communication with management. They tend to be very helpful and understanding. No flack for calling in once in a while for being sick/sick kid/car issues. There are opportunities for nursing students. Casual option for those in school. They are connected to Fairview, so you can move throughout the company without losing seniority or benefits. There's also opportunites for discounts on child care, and classes for CNA or doula certification.
Cons
Often end up short-staffed. They have a hard time letting go of employees that don't hold up to the job
