Ironically they paid well. Location of the offices are convenient.
Cons
Company only cares about the bottom line. Shutdown an entire part of the org and terminated everyone because mid year financials where off. Just hired new employees a week before and terminated them also. Made employees pay back relocation that moved out for a job 6 months prior even though they were going to terminate them anyway. Let employees submit resignations when they knew they were closing the company, so they didn't have to pay severance. No service based severance. If you were with the company 10 yrs you get 2 weeks severance.Michael Dugan has established a reputation as a penny pinching Napoleonic leader with no regard for his employees. This attitude starts at the top and flows down through the org chart.
