Pros
It was a really easy Job. Take money, fill out simple paperwork. run the office. It was almost too simple. Great pay, and they hire from within. so that was really nice. No official dress code. secure hours, and they are equal opportunities company so they didn't mind hair colour changes, or even sexual or gender identity.
Cons
The sexual harassment, lack of proper management, they don't listen to the needs and concerns to of the employee's. They also provide little to no security for the clerk. Expecting them to hold hundreds to thousands of dollars in cash and checks with no kind of security, I.E. separate rooms from drivers and lumpers or warehouse/train yard employees. They also wait 4-5 months to give you full time benefits, (Health, 40-1k, and workers comp)
