Pros
Employee perks: company car, company credit card, cell phone, laptop, good stock options, matching 401k. Easy brand to sell because everybody knows or heard of Ecolab.
Cons
Leadership micro-manages your every move, GPS on your car to let them know where you are and where you're going and how fast you're driving which you could lose your job over, people in power are cut-throat they will sell you out to get ahead, all good tenure people left because of the separation of sales/service (hourly/salary). Customers are getting over the whole Big Blue Ecolab is the best mantra, they're not getting their bang for their buck and Ecolab is losing customers. People don't work for this company for 20 years anymore, I would say the average tenure is around 3-4 years. The culture is extremely cut-throat!
