      Pros

      Compensation is great, Having a Flex Schedule, 401k is awesome, Solid Company, Low turn overs, No lay offs, Always a demand for this market.

      Cons

      Long hours, Mgmt is good ole boys club, Recognition not always there and others who are less capable will be promoted not all based on performance. Old fashioned mgmt style with hot shots holding it together. While family life balance was great when I first started the wetting has definitly change to an all numbers game.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
