Pros

-Get to speak with interesting people at times -Entirely remote

Cons

-Very little loyalty to employees -Often stressful due to high call volume -Pay is not worth it for the worth it for the work -Can be difficult to get a hold of a supervisor in a timely manner depending on call volume which is high the majority of the time -Holiday time off is not promised and can be difficult depending on availability -It is stressful/waring to deal with so many upset customers every shift

Pros

A job and make some money

Cons

Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
