Great relationships in a cool industry. Challenging work that stretches you and constantly develops your skills. Ability to manage your schedule the way you'd like, however you are so busy that the schedule is always overflowing.
Cons
Workload. There are so many things that we deal with administratively that slow us down, that we shouldn't be doing. Forced to do more with less each year. To effectively complete all of your tasks, expect to work 55-60 hours a week.
