      Helpful management Good scope for learning Leaders take an interest in your career growth

      HRBP is pretty bad! No interest in helping out people. Always create unnecessary problems in hiring and salary increases. Even after global approval, holds on promotions, salary increases, and hiring. Very slow in replying to the queries.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
