      Cons

      Because of one worst lead, entire team suffers. Creates hostile environment which made me to leave. I complaint multiple times, they took actions but again he starts same behaviour after few months.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
