Pros

New car, new tablet pc, ability to work from home

Cons

There was hardly any work life balance when I worked here. You have equipment and products in your home which take over your space if you don't have a large enough home for it. I took over a territory that had no attention given to it so there were lots of problems and expectations from the customers that were not realistic. The company is not diverse, I faced some really unique situations while working here and they don't do anything to support their new hires once they are given a territory. You are expected to swim in an uncomfortable environment filled with stressful situations. Corporate sales promises that the TM can do anything which puts stress on you when you're called at 10pm at night to come look at their dish machine for service. There were no training, advancement or collateral duty assignments with this role and you're pretty much stuck until you move up in some way.

Pros

The pros are four day work week 10 hour days, with many Fridays volunteer overtime They try to make a friendly environment

Cons

The pay is not as good as the other places around the area – odd for a fortune 200 company Daily quotas on work – some of them are unrealistic Many department supervisors – a.k.a. “coaches “ are pretty good – one or two are not. Typically these are the ones that have been there for 25 years plus. 20 minute break in the morning, 20 minute break for lunch 10 minute break in the afternoon You are truly on your feet for majority of the 10 hour day The corporation tries to make a friendly environment, but very few employees involve themselves in it. Much backstabbing among line workforce, not a healthy environment. Line workforce runs to supervisors constantly about other people when they should be concerned about their own work. Management has their favorites and you could see that by who who they talk to, and who Brown noses them
