      If you admire Ecolab being a corporate citizen and was involved with lots of community events, Ecolab would be a company that you want to work for.

      Cons

      Notice work culture is slight different across business units, need to unite all the business units and promote same kind of culture atmosphere.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
