Pros

- Company has a good reputation in the the marketplace. - Company car. - If you have a good District Manager, you can set your own schedule and work independently.

Cons

- Over the past few years, the pay scale has consistently gone down due to reduced commisions, bonuses and there are never any increases. A very poor salary structure . All this is going on while we are forcing price increases on customers at an accerated rate. - The job is all consuming, with calls coming in at all hours of the day and night from customers. - Your garage becomes a storage center for parts and equipment, since there are no outside locations alloted for this. - Supply chain is in total chaos since transport is completely outsourced to low cost carriers. - You must be skilled at contract negotations, equipment installations, equipment repairs, technical training, engineering, microbiology and also work days, nights and weekends. - If you have any driving violations, you will be watched like a hawk. I had a minor accident, and I was put under probation.

Pros

The pros are four day work week 10 hour days, with many Fridays volunteer overtime They try to make a friendly environment

Cons

The pay is not as good as the other places around the area – odd for a fortune 200 company Daily quotas on work – some of them are unrealistic Many department supervisors – a.k.a. “coaches “ are pretty good – one or two are not. Typically these are the ones that have been there for 25 years plus. 20 minute break in the morning, 20 minute break for lunch 10 minute break in the afternoon You are truly on your feet for majority of the 10 hour day The corporation tries to make a friendly environment, but very few employees involve themselves in it. Much backstabbing among line workforce, not a healthy environment. Line workforce runs to supervisors constantly about other people when they should be concerned about their own work. Management has their favorites and you could see that by who who they talk to, and who Brown noses them
