Really strict point system. Don't work here if you have kids who get sick and cause you to miss work. I am a single parent and only have one option for childcare, so if my children get sick, I have to take time off and get "a point" for missing work unplanned. If my 3 kids are sick or if I am sick and this causes me to miss work 10 times in a year, I will get fired.

Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
