      Pros

      Freedom to make your own schedule, good perks, benefits are great.

      Cons

      They made changes to our pay structure and it has been a nightmare for those that have worked here for a long time. People coming in as a new employee will make more money than a person that has been there for years. That’s all do to how your route is setup and that is out of your hands. It’s very frustrating for a person to make at least 20k less in 2years then to have new people come in and make more than you.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
