      friendly, a good place for a laid back career with good pay and good work life balance. sales focused environment driving it

      wish it was more professional, not much focus on new technologies that can lead to new products, thinking about possible new ways of doing things. not the place if you are a technical person and are looking for a growing career

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
