      Lot to learn, freedom to work independently, Smart and hard working people except some of the low IQ people

      Cons

      No proper Technical Training program for the employees. You have to learn everything on your own "can be taken in a positive sense" or with the help of your seniors, provided that your senior must be ready to teach you something.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
