There are no coworkers, i.e., everyone is a supervisor and upset that you haven't completed their site's tasks. This is frustrating because you cannot submit overtime, which would actually make up for their demands. This also makes everyone hate you, and sometimes I feel like they are looking for a fall guy. The commute is terrible as well, and takes up hours and hours of personal time every day. It is also frustrating to set up a field laboratory to run tests with neighbors looking at you as if you are Walter White or something. It is frustrating to carry so many bags in and out every day and evening while supervisors are texting, emailing, and generally angry at you for not entering data, but while running water tests with gloves, this isn't GxP.
