      Pros

      The company is truly driven by it's mission to make the world a better place. All of my teams have been collaborative. My managers challenge me to improve and develop my capabilities. They also understand my obligations outside of work which is beneficial when last minute needs come up.

      Cons

      It is a large organization and you can get lost in the noise if you don't take charge and drive your career.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
