Pros

Flexible work schedule depending on position, Car is 100% paid for. Great people to work with, if they stick around.

Cons

Not enough techs to service any area in the US. Pay has gone into the toilet, all service techs are now paid hourly with unreachable incentives to make more money, MORAL IS WAY DOWN. We are asked to bring on more sales daily from management when we loose 4 to 1 due to poor service. Leadership from the top is all about lining their own pockets, BIG BROTHER on your computer, your cell phone, and while driving (where you went how long you were there). They know EVERYTHING!!!!! No real answers from top on how service related issues are going to be fixed. Pay is directly effected if service does not perform, or just decided to dig their heels in and not work because they are mad about their pay and work load. If you are not part of the MENS team and you are not one of their shining gems in their eyes, you will never get ahead nor promoted. Management already knows who they are going to promote before a position is posted, if you are not GREAT at playing their game you are never considered for a new position, nor will you EVER get a raise even if you out perform all the others on your team. Benefits have been reduced each year for the past 5 years, and premiums have gone up. Sales teams are now going out doing installs and service due to service team not fulfilling their responsibilities due to low moral and just plain being mad.

Pros

The pros are four day work week 10 hour days, with many Fridays volunteer overtime They try to make a friendly environment

Cons

The pay is not as good as the other places around the area – odd for a fortune 200 company Daily quotas on work – some of them are unrealistic Many department supervisors – a.k.a. “coaches “ are pretty good – one or two are not. Typically these are the ones that have been there for 25 years plus. 20 minute break in the morning, 20 minute break for lunch 10 minute break in the afternoon You are truly on your feet for majority of the 10 hour day The corporation tries to make a friendly environment, but very few employees involve themselves in it. Much backstabbing among line workforce, not a healthy environment. Line workforce runs to supervisors constantly about other people when they should be concerned about their own work. Management has their favorites and you could see that by who who they talk to, and who Brown noses them
